This type of bearing material has a ultra-compact structure, different from the popular three-layer bearing materials. The backing material is woven bronze fabric or punched bronze mesh. The polymer is the mixture of PTFE and fillers. The metal mesh is firmly coated by polymer layer . This unique ultra-compact structure greatly reduces the weight of the bearing material and enables it to gain good self-lubricating ability and have good wear resistance and low friction in dry operation condition. For your special application, stainless steel mesh is available on request.
