Product introduction
MP10M is developed to meet the requirement of high PV liquid lubricated applications, usually no more than 30N/mm²*m/s. It has the same material structure with MP10 and can endure higher PV value compared to MP10 due to the addition of lipophilic fiber filled in the polymer layer.Under lubricated operation, the bearings can exhibit outstanding performance.
Under the condition of fluid dynamic load, cavitation may occur for some reasons, such as high fluid velocity, high fluid temperature, gas or solid particles in the fluid. Cavitation phenomenon often causes localized peeling of the contact surface, forming dents, thus shortening the service life of the components. Tests and practical applications have proved that MP10M has strong cavitation erosion resistance.
Material structure and composition①lining layer( mixture of PTFE and fillers), 0.01-0.03mm thick.
②sintered bronze layer, 0.20-0.35mm thick.
③steel backing,copper-plated or tin-plated.

In the electrolytic cell filled with electrolyte into the direct current, water molecules in the electrode electrochemical reaction, can be decomposed into hydrogen and oxygen, the whole process can achieve zero emissions. In the whole manufacturing process, the core equipment carrier is the electrolytic cell. Usually, the structure of the electrolytic cell is composed of three parts, namely, the tank body, the anode and the cathode. When direct current passes through the electrolytic cell, an oxidation reaction occurs at the interface between the anode and the solution, and a reduction reaction occurs at the interface between the cathode and the solution. At present, China's electrolytic water hydrogen production equipment is mostly used in photovoltaic, wind power, renewable energy hydrogen production is the main direction.
